Meet our Everything DiSC® Experts...

Nancy Allen

Personal and professional development, and the concept of continuous learning, are the strengths of expert Everything DiSC® trainer Nancy Allen. As a certified trainer for Everything DiSC® behavioral training, as well as many other nationally known training programs, Nancy has been providing behavioral training, coaching and leadership development for over twenty years.

Focused on results, Nancy has a wide variety of experience working with many organizations, both locally and nationally. In addition to Everything DiSC® training, she provides training in the areas of assessment, leadership, team building, sales and career development.

Nancy's extensive education includes a Masters Degree in Counseling from John Carroll University, a Bachelors Degree in Education from Kent State University, and a two-year professional certification from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She has also completed courses in specific coach training from Coach University, the Coach Training Institute, EQ at Work-The Whole Leader Program, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

Professional achievements include serving on the board of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD) and past president of the Greater Cleveland Chapter of ASTD. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Organization Change Alliance of Atlanta, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

Kelly Thomas

Kelly has extensive experience as a coach , manager, and trainer in corporations, For over 20 years she has worked in a variety of corporate positions including internal management consultant, human resources manager, data center operations manager, customer service manager, sales proposal and marketing manager.

She has coached, led and trained large, diverse teams located all over the United States. She has also served as a labor relations manager and trained many employee involvement and quality improvement groups.

She graduated with honors in Communications from Hiram College, in Hiram, Ohio. She also completed a post graduate Program for Developing Managers at Simmons College, in Boston. She has extensive training from Coach U in business and life coaching and holds the designation of Registered Corporate coach. She is well regarded as a speaker, motivator, and teacher.

Sherry Greenleaf

Enthusiasm, passion, and dedication describe Sherry's energy when working with leaders who want to grow their skills and improve performance through Everything DiSC® behavioral training. Utilizing over twenty years of business and management experience, Sherry excels at promoting organizational cultures where people thrive professionally and personally.

An expert Everything DiSC® trainer, Sherry is recognized for her ability to quickly connect with individuals, and teaches participants to leverage their skills and potential to achieve personal and organizational goals. She believes that leaders are better leaders when they understand themselves and others. Sherry's insight and thoughtful perspective encourages a higher level of commitment to enlightened leadership.

As co-founder of IMPACT Training & Development, Inc., a firm specializing in providing coach training and professional development programs, Sherry has coached, trained, and presented to companies such as: Kaiser Permanente, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Coca Cola Africa, McGraw-Hill, Fed Ex Custom Critical, Nationwide Insurance and National City Bank.

Co-author of several workbooks and Train the Trainer facilitator guides for coach training, hiring, and retention programs, Sherry earned her Bachelor of Science from the Ohio State University, and is a graduate of the International Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI).

Professional achievements include past president and co-founder of the Cleveland Coach Federation, a chapter of the International Coach Federation, and past president of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Sherry is an active member of the OD Connection, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

In her spare time, Sherry enjoys traveling to visit family in Madison Wisconsin with her husband, participating in Jazzercise aerobics, reading mystery novels, and she finds chocolate chip cookies totally irresistible!
